STRIDING GIANT (2001)
( GIGANOTOSAURUS carolinii )
As of this writing, Giganotosaurus is the largest land predator known to have ever lived, which is why I chose a low angle to show it from. In life, it was around 45 feet in length, 12 feet tall, and weighed more than 8 tons. That makes it more massive than a Tyrannosaurus rex, but I've heard that it wasn't as smart or as advanced (it's eyes were on the side of it's head, as opposed to T.rex's more binocular vision).
